Terms of Service
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee of $20.00 is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
Sessions are not considered confirmed until the retainer is received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed per retainer.
In case of illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, Jucai Photography reserves the right to reschedule or refund.
No-shows or late arrivals (more than 20 minutes late) will result in forfeiture of the session and retainer.
3. Image Delivery & Editing
Final edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your final selection via a private online gallery.
Jucai Photography retains full discretion over image selection and editing style.
Raw, unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.
4. Client Usage & Print Release
Clients receive a limited print release for personal use. This includes printing, sharing with friends/family, and posting on social media (with credit).
Images may not be used for commercial purposes or resale without written permission.
5. Photographer Rights
Jucai Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the session.
6. Liability
Jucai Photography is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during a session.
While every effort is made to produce high-quality images, Jucai Photography is not responsible for lost images due to technical failure, theft, or force majeure.
7. Image Storage
Edited images are stored for 30 days from the date of delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up images.
8. Model Release
Unless requested otherwise in writing, clients grant Jucai Photography the right to use and publish images for promotional and portfolio purposes.
9. Agreement
By booking with Jucai Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
